Our Process
We ensure the best nurturing process for defining our goals and objectives.
-
Event Planning
The Plan should encompass all aspects of the event, including • Venue Arrangements • Security Arrangements • Budgeting • Sponsorship sales, support and fulfillment (The budget incorporates estimates for all of the key items identified on an Event Master Plan. Also include any travel or accommodation costs for speakers, presenters, etc.)
-
Event Communications & Promotion
Even with the most amazing speaker or entertainment line-up, one needs publicity to get people in the door. Event promotion starts with online and off-line publicity, media relations and on-going outreach to encourage registration. We stress upon the necessary inclusion of: • Event branding and marketing • Speaker & VIP liaison • Talent Management • Volunteer management
-
On-Site Management
Onsite management entails being responsible for the setup and details at the event facility, on the day of the event. As part of the responsibilities and tasks of an onsite manager, the location where the event will be hosted must tightly correspond to the client’s brief. Mainly following arrangements are to be accounted on event day : • Travel and Transportation • Accommodation • Catering Arrangements
-
Event Production
Event production is about more than just event planning but pulling together a production that oozes creativity yet embraces best practice in project management techniques and highlights key points of the event.
Audio Visual Services
Controlling the mood and emotion of an event can be achieved by adjusting sound, lighting and the performances at different levels throughout the duration of the event. -
Post-Event Surveys
No plan is complete without the post-event thank-you’s, sponsor acknowledgements and articles about the event’s key messages or fundraising success.
Reconciliation & Audit
How will you determine if your event is a success? Do you measure success by the number of registrants or attendees or is it dependent on you breaking even or raising a target amount in donations? Here is where we come !
